I hate this place

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I have lived in these apartments for 2 years now. When I first moved in I thought the price was alright for the size of the apartment. Now I hate living here. The landlord decides to increase the rent even though they don't come and update anything. I found out from our neighbors they have a ceiling fan in the dining room, we don't have that, instead it's a crappy light hanging from the ceiling. The carpet is gross, the dishwasher doesn't work well at all. They don't update anything and they expect you to pay more money for this place. I do not reccomend anyone to live here. The landlord charges for everything.
