Before you move in the apartments seem very nice, and they have very nice amenities but as they say looks can be deceiving...

First lets talk about noise; I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking ALL the time. He stomps on the floor, the bedroom floor creaks so bad it sounds like hes going to fall through. The floors in the halls are terrible, when someone walks down the hall on the floor above me I can hear it inside my apartment (StOmP StOmP StOmP).

The 2 bedroom apts face wisconsin and the street noise is so bad its like living right in the middle of the street; windows open or closed it dosent matter. The 1 bedroom and 1bedroom den apts are very quiet as far as street noise because they are recessed back from the street.


All in all they look very nice but so not worth $725 42 for cable in the downtown area. Get an apartment on the 5th floor if you move or sign a month to month lease so your not locked in it when you realize these apartments suck!!
