Poor upkeep

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2008
 
The maintenance is very slow. It takes several attempts to resolve issues. Television antenna has poor connection so no T.V. at times. They've made several attempts but never resolved. Unresponsive Manager. I've given up. Apparently tenants are not viewed as customers. Back entrance light has been out for years. Noisy on weekends.
