During our year living in the apartment we were constantly frustrated by the management and their lack of attention to the property. Maintenance is not at all prompt about answering requests and problems, both in the apartments and on the grounds, are patched rather than fixed, so the same problems recur over and over. Many tenants don't clean up after their pets or their kids, so there is garbage and pet waste around the complex, although some of the tenants are wonderful.
