This used to be mostly a great place to live until mice came. When I called the landlord that there were mice he told me to clean better. That's not why people have mice and my place was very well kept. Then he brought mouse traps. When the mice kept coming in he looked for a hole, when we found out where the hole was he tried to patch it. That apparently didn't work, so he brought more and more mouse traps and poison. This went on for 5 months, and still mice. I finally moved. The apartment had minor things wrong with it like a missing mirrior off the medicine cabinets, or broken blinds, but it was very spacious. Parking was underground, and I had a big car with a very small spot, so that it took 10 - 15 minutes for me to get out with forward and reverse 100 times. I asked the manager to switch, but he said no. I had to call the manager to get my security deposit back since he had waited 5 weeks. They're supposed to send it in 3. The person who rents the apartments is really nice, but the manager is the maintance, and is awful. The price is very good though!
