Overall Hillcrest Park Apartments represents a tremendous value when you consider excellent prices with underground parking, great apartment layout, good neighbors. The project is family owned and maintained and are on premise. Anytime I had a question or concern, it was quickly handled by the owners! The location cannot be beat!

I was very pleased with the care and the upkeep of the apartment. I, however, was very upset that the manager/owner came into my apartment without my knowledge, and I found this out by accident one year later. This is illegal.
