Grounds are well kept. I feel very safe here. It's very quiet. Parking is poor, especially in winter and also for visitors. Lots of bug problems, spiders, centipedes, etc. in the home. Mice problems in winter...Good maintenance woman, she's fast too. Very rude/short office people, one of whom is the owner's wife...Weird screening questions upon move in though. Landlord's son is excellent, quite helpful and kind. Can't have dogs which is a downer.
