I lived in this complex for 6 years because they were cheap and that is all I could afford at the time, but now that I am not longer living there I am so glad. The apartments have an off white carpeting which is really hard to keep clean, I lived in two different apartments in 6 years and they charged me for the carpet to be replaced in each apartment even though the last apartment I lived in was not in bad shape. I know that one room needed to be replaced but the rest did not. Many bugs in the apartments and mice in the winter. I felt like we were always being watched because the owner's son (who is an idiot by the way) works there and tells everyone's business. Many noisy neighbors also. Once I had mold going in the bath tub and ceiling they told me it was because I didn't clean my bathroom well enough. I could go on and on... If I could do it over again I would move somewhere else even if it was a little more expensive. This place is full of weirdos and goes through manager like crazy. Also on more thing when I first looked at the apartment I asked who the owner was and the manager wouldn't tell me.
