I lived here for about a year and a half. Upon moving out I left everything as clean as can be, carpeting included.
When it was time for me to get my security deposit back, I received a bill for $800, for new carpeting and no security deposit.
They paid $1300 to have the carpet in my apartment replaced, which didn't need to be.
Watch out for this place, the landlord will hold you to what you owe them. When the replacement wasn't necessary.

Upon trying to get a lawyer involved, they never cooperated with me to even get in to see that there actually was carpet replaced. We contacted the carpet company that supposedly replaced the carpet and they told us that we would have to have a lawyer contact them. They wouldn't give us any information....something is just a little fishy there.

Needless to say this is a pretty shady place....don't live here. If you do, take tons of pictures and do everything necessary to provide the proof and evidence so that you won't end up owing these guys a ton of money and then also never get your security deposit back.

Ridiculous!!!
