I will start off by saying the apartment itself was a great place to live. It was very specious and had plenty of room with 2 full baths over 1440 sq ft. It included a dish washer, stove, fridge, washer/dryer and underground parking. They were well built and very energy efficient. The only bad part was the constant mariachi music from the women below but if you turned the TV up loud enough you wouldn t hear it. We lived there almost a year and a half and had 3 different managers all were good except the last one. WATCH OUT this man is very sneaky. DOCUMENT everything. When you move in make sure you put everything that is wrong with the apartment in writing. We had stuff marked down on our check in list that he tried to charge us for. We also made an arrangement with them to clean our apartment for us when we moved for a flat rate. Was that a mistake, he lied and said no agreement was made and overcharged our security deposit for cleaning the apartment. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!! It was too bad that he became manager the complex was so much better before he took over but I guess that is what you get for making the guy who snowplows the parking lot the manager. Maybe next time they will find someone who is at least smarter than a box of rocks! Once the owners correct there mistake and find a new apartment manager I am sure Kendall Glen will once again be a wonderful place to live.

THE MAN YOU ARE SPEAKING ABOUT IS GONE NOW AND ITS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE NOW AND WAS EVEN WITH THE OTHER OLD MANAGER YOU MAY JUST HAVE SELL BEEN THE PROBLEM. GLAD FOR YOU YOUR GONE NOW.
