My wife and I lived in these apartments for just a short time....thank God. The apartments themselves are nice enough, but looks can be deceiving. We moved in, and the apartment was filthy. Cob webs everywhere, dirt and dust, etc. We had problems with some of the appliances, and the managers wouldn't get anything fixed, and they always told us 'there is nothing wrong'. Then we started getting $160 electric bills, and it was because they wouldn't fix the appliances.

If you do make the mistake and move in here, you should get an upper apartment. When you're on the main level, you can hear EVERYTHING your upstairs tenant does and says. When they walk, your walls shake, and you can even hear the toilet seat drop.

They do have underground parking, but I'm not saying that's a good thing. The carbon from the automobiles comes up from the basement and into your apartment on the main level. Our walls were white, but they had a thick black film on them. Our furniture (brand new leather mind you) was coated with it, and our ice cubes in the freezer were black!!!

The last thing that is the icing on the cake: The day we moved out, we had a gas leak in our fireplace. To no surprise the managers were nowhere to be found, so we had to call the fire department. Hours later, one of the managers calls back and tells us 'oh yeah, we've had problems with that fireplace before'. Way to fix things and care about your tenants!

No thank you, nor would we recommend this place!

Had an upper loft and noticed some of the same problems. Upon arrival dust/dirt on the walls, counters, floors, ect.....lacked some pre-moving cleaning which most in the area at least do. Apartments themselves seemed decent enough, maintenance is onsite but couldn't get them out to fix anything other than safety/fire hazards. Ice removal in the winter sucked, slid down the hill a few times from the no salt. Snow removal usually happend after the storms were done at which time sidewalks were skipped. IMO, overpriced.
