I lived at Kendal Hills for 2 years and had to move out last month because of a job transfer, the apartment life there is very tranquil and just like living in a condo with no condo fees:) The on-site managers are great because they live on site and respond when you need them immediately, my toilet was clogged and they came over within 15 min talk about responding. The best feature is the large fitness room I was able to cancel my membership because they have a lot of equipment unlike other apartments where they have one tredmill and a multi gym. Trust me if I didn't have to take my new job I would have stayed living there forever...
