Area is decent enough, apartments not-facing Highway 59 are pretty quiet.
$25/month surcharge for Fireplace.....not worth it, in the winter it throws the thermostat off because of the design of the apartments making most of the apartment very cold.
Two underground parking spots for the two bedrooms and lofts is a plus.
Snow/Ice removal in the winter in spotty.
Insulation from other apartments is pretty good considering they're stick-construction.
Apartments are newer, I believe all built after 2000.
Waukesha bus stops on site.
Only two big drawbacks are rent at $990/month is high and maintenance which requires multiple calls to get the chance of stopping out when they live on-site.
Would I recommend to someone else, sure but they are pricy for what you get.
