This place is way over priced for the quality. I lived in a lower level unit and heard everything going on in the apartment above. You can hear toilet seats drop, people walking around & talking etc. The management is a bit psycho & not easy to get along with. It usually takes 3 or 4 phone calls to get a response from them. The deposit is really small, but be prepared to be nickel & dimed by management to compensate. Utilities can run quite high as the appliances are old & inefficient, so be prepared to see $180 bills in the winter months.

Odd, I was spending about $100/month in the winter on utils in the lofts (largest units). Management has changed, haven't contacted the new manager yet but so far they keep changing the address for where rent checks are mailed to instead of handing it directly to the manager. The apartments are insulated between units but it's still a stick building, I can easily hear cabinet doors closing and toilets flushing in adjoining apartments.

i have lived @ kendal hills for 3 years now and love it! the pool is great the fitness room is great...the management really doesnt have a problem unless you are a problem and yes you can hear other units at times but if you dont want to hear neighbors i would suggest renting a house or moving out of the city. you get what you pay for. i knew the old landlords personally and now know the new landlords. both remained/remain professional throughout. of course if you are home all day watching tv and taking 35-40 min showers, your utilities bill will not be as cheap but thats anywhere you live. i recommend kendal hills for anyone. be nice to the management and make suggestions...do not complain. complaining is for children and nobody likes complainers
