New Management is Terrible

The new management that took over Kendal Hills has been a consistent disappointment. Last summer the pool was not open until late June. Residents received a letter stating that the pool closes at 8pm and all violators will have the police called on them. The pool has been closed randomly and without notice several times. Yesterday we had a heat advisory and the pool was closed. No explanation as to why the pool was closed, signs simply read "pool closed today, sorry." Notices and letters that are sent to the residents are rude and at times almost threatening. I used to enjoy living here but will not be renewing my lease the next time its up. The facility itself is fine, but the management is terrible.

i live @ kendall hills and i happen to know teh pool matainance guy. the pool can be closed @ anytime for a number of reasons. chlorine level low...if someone pees in teh pool...it affects the safety of swimmers and it has to be cleaned. the other week a tenant had left broken glass by the pool without cleaning it up, the pool had to be closed

I think the point being made is that it's an amenity for the complex that they advertise and it should be available more than it is. I agree, this is the first out of three summers it's been like this. And the 1 page rule list sucked the fun out of it, although to be fair the residents ruined that one. Way to go KH residents.
