Yes the walls are thin, i was lucky enough to have a corner apartment so the noise was not to bad. We are not resigning our lease after one year, the place smells bad all the time. People leave their smelly shoes in the halls and i want to throw them in the trash they are so bad. The laundry is horrible, you can never get your clothes done, because other renters leave their clothes in the wash and dryer. The dryers suck, they do not dry even small loads, and it takes like $3 or $4 dollars to get one load dry. The place is ok for the money value, but nothing to brag about to your friends. Goodluck if you want to check it out, rent at your own risk.
