Where to start'' Well, the walls are paper thin and the ceilings are made of cardboard. We hear kids all the time, we hear phone conversations from other apartments in our bathroom. We hear people whispering in the hallway.
There is no privacy and some of the residents are frickin crazy.
In one year we have had 2 maintenance issues, one was resolved in 6 weeks (seriously'''') and the other in 3 (again...really').
The place was built poorly and is not kept up well at all.
The laundry room has 5 washers and 5 dryers...in one year not once have all 10 machines worked all at once. Currently, only 3 washers do a good job and only 2 dryers work, and not even that well.
We are in the process of moving out and so management has to show the apartment. IT is non-stop. We have had 2 experiences when they came to show the apartment and we were never told about it.
This place is too pricy for what you get. NOt worth suffering through this place, find another place and just pay a few more bucks a month
