The place is fairly clean and quiet.

There is some street noise from the Main street, but that is normal for an urban setting. The staff are friendly, but the office hours could be longer. Visitors must use a parking pass and underground garage door could let non-residents enter the building. The magnetic keycards for the apartment must be replaced every 90 days. There are good exercise, game room and pool facilities.
