The office ladies, as well as many attendants, take their job too seriously. For the majority of people living here, we OWN our rooms. Yet we are constantly getting notes and flyers posted telling us to do this, or do that, or watch this and that. It is starting to get a bit absurd. If one little thing is wrong, rest assured you will have a letter in your mail box the next day. Some of the residents at the landing feel that they are better than others, being confronted today by a woman who stated.. "well I own here".. I replied that I own as well, and she stormed off. There is no lighting in the back parking lot, which definitely should turn some people away. There are plenty of doors to get out of the building, but a majority of them don't have readers to get back into the place. You are allowed to grill right outside the pool area, but don't think about taking anything into the PRIVATE pool that's there... because they post pool "laws" around the area stating different laws about PUBLIC pools. Why they post rules about public pools in a private pool I have no idea. For anyone with a motorcycle, don't think about parking it in your spot you're either renting or that you own, because apparently you have to pay a $15 dollar month charge for that. I know it's not a lot, but it seems absurd if you already own a spot. Office hours are not late at all. For anyone that works a 9-5 shift at work, you will have no shot of picking up your package or voicing your opinion about anything (not that they will take it into consideration). There are multiple ceiling tiles in the pool area that have bad water damage, and haven't been fixed yet. The PRIVATE pool closes at "midnight" -(or 11:00 if you're down there at that time). They have the timer set to go off a lot earlier than what it should be.

Unless the pool is in a private single family residence it is a public pool per state law. That is why they are posting public pool rules that have to be followed. Since you own the unit as a condo it would be the condo owners responsiblity to pay for any extra lighting that you would want around the property. This would be paid for with the Association fees you pay. And voted on by the Association Board.
