The worst place I ever lived.

They moved me into a filthy apartment.The Property manager (----) doesnt have a clue to what she is doing. They told me I had to park in the garage and then gave my parking spot away four times.The jacuzzi always had a temporaly out of order sign on it. In the year I was there I dont think it was ever fixed.The grounds are definately not kept up. The railing on the outside stairs was laying on the ground thru most of the winter.I had mold growing all over the walls in the den which ruined all of my daughters stuffed animals.The maitenance say they will be out to fix something and never show up.They accuse you of noise that you havent made.They increased rent by $45.00 a month.It is electric heat and the bills were $175.00 to $225.00 a month.I live in a house now and it is not even half of that.When you move out make sure you clean you window cills even if they were cleaner when you moved out than they were when you moved in because they will charge you $55.00 for it.As well as, many more problems.It is not worth the money. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

This company is the oppisite of everthing said in this review. Whoever wrote this review were one of those types of people who is never pleased. I'm sure that their new house is perfect, because they have no one to complain to. I'm glad you moved out, because it was you bringing down the value of this great establishment. Bye.

I am pretty sure that the statement above is true and the responses are management generated! I have had numerous past & current residents of Monterey tell me their heat was extremely high and their rent was increased $100.00 after living there for 10 YEARS!!!!
