Great staff-so-so apartments.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
The place is beautiful in the summer and well tended grounds wise.However,the heating/cooling system constantly failed(3 or 4 times-no kidding)as well as the water heater,dryer and dishwasher. I do have to say they had a great staff both in the office as well as the maintenance crew. When my water heater died the maintenance staff had a new one installed and ready to go in like two hours.The guy didn't have a crappy attitude either even though i called at like 10 o' clock. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained but the hallway stank like mildew and the garages aren't heated in winter like they promise. The place was built in the 70's and you can really tell.
