APT.,Ammenities, Location Great! Heat High! Rent Subject to Increase Greatly

Apartments and ammenities are nice. Staff recently changed..can be nice.or not. BEWARE AT LEASE'S END:rent subject to increase $100 (mine nearly $200) with no reasonable explanation..except.."we're charging market rates" and "it just looks like your rent increased $200 because we took away concessions". Heat is outrageous..and management refuses simple action such as putting a storm door on the balcony door. Screen door is there year round with heat/air located next to the door. There are "heat included" apartments in the area that are a better value, with just as nice a setting! In fact you can get a townhouse for the cost of an apartment here! (Storage available..but is damp, musty, and hardly usable..oh..and not free!) Overall repairs are made...just have a back-up plan at lease's end..or an extra $100-$200/month. And set aside a small fortune..depending on apartment's location..because the heat/air is right next to the door..and subject to float right out of it!
(P.S. Parks are nearby...but facilities for children on the grounds are poor...1960-ish metal slide in poor shape, dangerous tire swing, and monkey bars in poor repair...no sign of investing in children's play area. There were 2 play areas..one rotted away and was not replaced..the second is on it's way.)
