I have lived at Monterey for more than 8 years and love it. The office staff is great and very personal. The maintenance staff is wonderful especially Brian, great guy! The property is beautiful and natural. I recommended this place to my friends and would recommend to anyone. Whenever I need something, the staff helps out! One time my car was stuck and the maintenance helped push my car, super nice of them. Whenever I am walking, the office will stop & talk to me and know my name - :)
