We have been here for about a month and have rented a 2 bedroom townhouse. As we have previously lived in the country I was surprised at how quiet and peaceful it is here in the heart of the city.
The whole complex appears to be very respectful of others and is a very calm and gracious place to live.
My only complaint is that they charged us an additional fee to have the 10 year old carpeting replaced. They suggested it was at our request when in reality the carpeting that had been here was worn and stained.
