A Review of the Studio Apartments

I don't see any reviews specifically for the building housing the studio apartments, so here goes:
Though very small, the studios are surprisingly swanky. I had an upper and it featured a nicely equipped kitchen with skylight, a very clean and well maintained bathroom, a large walk-in closet and a plushly carpeted main living area. All in all a great little place. If all you need is a nice place to lay your head, you've found it. I travel for work and always feel good coming home to this place.
The heated underground parking is very nice, especially in snowy Wisconsin. The building is secure and well-lit, mail is delivered inside, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. Staff is friendly and efficient, especially the leasing manager Debbie.
The building is clean and quiet, the glass elevator is a neat add-on, and there is a great little Chinese takeout place in the shops on the front side of the building.
Drawbacks are few and forgivable:
*Not enough washers and dryers
*Quite a bit of traffic noise due to the fact that the building is sandwiched between two main roads that feed into I-94
*Siren City! there's a firestation two blocks away and it seems like those boys are being despatched every ten minutes - kind of annoying but it makes for good security and positively affects your renter's insurance.
That's my two cents worth. If you're looking for an apartment in Waukesha, I can honestly recommend this place.
