The first few months we had extremely loud neighbors- above, below and next to us (lots of college students rent here). Walls seem quite thin too.

We also had problems with not being able to get ahold of management. Corine is awesome on the staff- very friendly, however we have had issues with attitudes from other staff members.

I liked the size of our apartment and the layout- however big down fall was shared laundry, outdated appliances, nasty carpet (seems like it doesn't stay clean), and we got bugs during the summer (and I am a clean-aholic!).

Another drawback is parking...especially outdoors, because the complex is on a hill we have received MANY dings in our car doors.
