Staff plays favorites with long-term residents over new residents. Does not respond well to maintenance requests. Not prompt in returning phone calls despite repeat attempts. In all, the personnel is sub-par. Consider alternatives if rent is competitive. Winter lease rates significantly less than summer.

White trash residents in the adjacent properties yell at each other all hours of the night, so I had to close my windows year-round. And there's some guy in a ratty noisy snow-plow equipped pickup truck clearing the driveways at 5am in the winter -- wakes you up every time.

Yes, some area residents are noisy, but in the grand scheme of things this to me is inconsequential. As for the snowplowing, put some ear plugs in! Wouldn't you rather drive on a plowed surface? Get real.
