Previous posters are correct that the neighborhood is continuing to get worse and the prices here are rising. The apartment was fine, but carpeting is extremely cheap. Vacuuming would fill up a bag with carpet fibers every time, even after a year! Everything in our apartment was old and dirty when we moved in, which we noted on the forms. Yet, upon checkout the lady acted as though she had no idea there had been cuts in counters, floors, etc. Maintenance came promptly and seemed to fix things correctly. The office staff is an odd bunch, which was the biggest turnoff to this place. They seem very nice on the tour and application process, but once you live there, the two main ladies have a fakeness that is overwhelming. Renting here was fine for a year, but there are definitely better apartment complexes in the area for a comparable price.
