These apartments make me so happy I've referred 2 friends!! Easy access to and from the highway (which is great when people come to visit), walking distance to downtown Waukesha, and the staff is awesome. I've lived here for almost 3 years now and can't complain. Maintenance is quickly responsive and friendly (fixed my screen door within an hour of calling - really!' It was neat). Corinne and Debbie do a wonderful job running the apartments and will quickly find a way to assist one if its needed in any manner. Balconies and patios are a plus as well - from my vantage point I can overlook all of downtown Waukesha! Grounds are always maintained and look great (and sidewalks are shoveled in the winter, thank you very much). I simply can't complain.

Beware that this was likely written by the management, since the word choice is identical to their promotional materials.

I disagree this was written by management. I myself have lived here for 4 years, and agree with the reviewer that the place is awesome, courteous, friendly, professional.
