It's pretty amazing to report a non-working refrigerator at around 2:30 and have the food back in a new refrigerator by 3:30. The office staff were very helpful with giving me a place to put my frozen food in the meantime. Actually, this is obviously much quicker than I would have been able to replace one in my own home. I've been here almost a year and this incident combined with the maintenance done (common area carpet cleaning/painting, garage cleaning, balcony power washing, sliding door caulking, painting on balcony) makes me very happy I chose Mountain Village.
