The apartment is very clean & safe. It has a balance of different age groups. About 1/3 is retired, 1/3 working families, and 1/3 college students or recent grads. I would recommend it, and I have. I am an IT professional who graduated from college couple of years ago, and it is a great place to live. (I have had NO problems with my Cabel Modem. By the way, this is run by Time Warner.) River?s Edge Apartments is right downtown Waukesha. The city is spending over 50 million on improvements to the area. There is a wonderful river walk, constant festivals going on, walking distance to many shops & bars. In addition, it is very easy to get around the city, 20 minuted drive to downtown Milwaukee, and the surrounding area. Drive times are shorter than you think.
