I've lived here for 4 yrs now. If you choose to live in Waukesha, I would certainly recommend this place. Affordable pricing which includes heat, water, underground and heated parking. Maintenance staff are quick and efficient. Management staff are quick, helpful and reliable. I even authorised the management staff to drop off my packages inside my apartment when I'm not home, and they do it gladly! My 1-bedroom apartment is quite spacious, with a balcony and a view of the well-maintained courtyard. I never had a problem with the common laundry service. This place has a lot of senior people living, so generally is quiet and no-nonsense. The place is usually quite (there aren't that many people in waukesha!). Step outside and you are by the fox river...great for a jog, walk, boating, etc. Overall, no-nonsense living, peaceful, great staff, and good value for money
