Me and my husband have lived here for a year and can't wait until our lease is up!!!We Had our motorcycle stolen right out of the underground parking garage along with 2 others, homeless people sleep inbetween the doors where you buz people in and when someone opens the door to come in they run in and rome the building.walls are thin I can hear my neighbors alarm clock every morning!!!

I'm sorry that your motorcycle was stolen.I saw your flyer on my car window.I would feel the same way if I was you, and I had my vehicle stolen.That's why I have insurance.I've been here for ten years,and I feel that this is the best place in all of Wisconsin to live in.Where ever you go,take precautions.There is no perfect place,unless the tenants make it perfect.We have to work together, and stop being polite to strangers letting them in the door.I had my vehicle stolen from another apartment,but I wouldn't let that make me want to move.Believe me when I say that you are in a great place.Just take precautions next time,and don't let anger cloud your judgement about Rivers Edge Apartments.

Well first off that was not my flyer it was someone else who also got their bike stolen from here!! and the big problem is that there are no cameras anywhere! If you have insurance it doesn't bring your bike back all you get is money to pay off your loan and what ever else is left over so pretty much it is like you leased a bike...paid all this money and have nothing to show for it!!!!!!!What kind of precautions would you like me to take? The only one I can think of is to move!!! Like I said do not waste your money on this place it is in the heart of downtown waukesha and if you have kids watch out for all of the sex offenders that live on the same street as Rivers Edge!you can even look the info online!!
