I love this apartment. Our lease is about to come to an end in Sept. I have never lived in an apartment before. It is quiet. There is always a place to park. Every time I called the maintanence man he came the SAME day.
The greatest thing that sold us, was that the rooms were equivelant in size which is perfect for roommates.
Of course there are things that could be improved. One of them is our carpet was not the best, it was not filthy by any means, but it wasn't new either. I really wish they allowed small dogs, I would stay for sure if they did.
I would recommend this place to anyone.
Oh possibly the rent is too high. But I am always going to think that, because renting is expensive.
