THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT IS CRAP. THEY ARE NEVER IN THE OFFICE, LIE, NEVER GET THE MAINTENANCE REQUESTS DONE, ARE RUDE AND NEVER MADE IT OUT OF THE 9TH GRADE. KEEP LOOKING. BELIVE ME YOU DON WANT TO LIVE IN THE WELFARE WAREHOUSE. DRUGS, BREAK INS, GANGS, VANDALS AND THE BUILDING LOOKS LIKE IT BELONGS IN THE INNER CITY OF DETROIT!
