We were tenants at park place apartments. It was the worst place we have ever lived. Cars got broken into 3 times in the secure parking garage, doesn't help to complain about the drug problem because the employees are doing them. Dog poop and pee in the hallways and on the second story roof of the 120 building. Everybody has stereo's louder than concerts and are played all the time. Before the speed bumps behind 120 building cars would go 40 mph. 4th of July 2001 was like a war zone people setting off fireworks out of their windows till 2 a.m. I reccommend you spend an extra $50-$100 and find a safe, clean place to live that is not stressful to live in.
