I use to live here about three years ago for about 7 years. I was evicted for being late with one rent check after signing my lease for year eight. During this time every two weeks we would get another manager and the rules would continously change. I lived in the fourth building in apt 302 in which they had a mouse problem and I am not talking about just one or two. I was laying on the floor watching tv when I got up and went into the kitchen to feel something scatching the back of my neck only to find that a mouse had climbed into my ponytail. They would be running across the apartment scaring the hell out of me when I reported it they all laughed and gave me traps to catch them. The managers did nother but gossip about everybodys buisness things that should not have been reveiled. As for fixing things the only building that ever got any repairs was building one in which the manager would be living.Parking what a joke our car and our son's car had been broken into four different times each.It didn't matter if it was parked in the garage or outside. The garage door was always open because no one would fix it.Drugs and parties all the time, but one time I had my stereo on the cops were called and the volume was on two go figure. Heating bills were high because of the windows leaking in my sons room every time it rained his would leak which had cause mold to form it took them two months before anyone came to take care of it. When I first moved in there it was Park Place and we were allowed to grill right outside our window by the time we moved we were only allowed to grill out by the dumpster. I can see their prices have gone way up for what do they honestly think those places are worth what they are charging' And the security doors that was a laugh all you had to do was slide your id through the lock and the doors would pop open. No one ever used the intercom because they didn't need to. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone including my worst enemy. They need to lower their prices down to maybe 300.00 a month and they would be worth living there.

The only research I need to do is my own experience in which the apartment on hold for me was given to someone else and I was treated extremely rudely by the manager when I politely questioned it. My rent and credit history are perfect and there was no reason for any of that other than the fact that management is most likely illegaly discriminating against the disabled. Such conduct is not the behavior of decent people nor is it very smart business.
