The current management group is so insucure and worried their home office will find out the truth about this place, they go online pretending to be a current tennent and write a very dishonest review of this place. If their management was actually sooo great there would be many very favorable comments at this site. The only good comments about this place are written by management. HOW PATETIC!

I know the person who wrote the review that you claim is a member of management. They aren't at all. The fact is this building is generally well maintained. However, the management changes a lot which is quite unappealing. This building is much better than people make it out to be. However, there are exceptions to every rule. These exceptions include undesirable tenants which management has fought hard for in the past to get rid of. Successfully, too may I add. How much of an emphasis the new management team puts on it is still to be seen. However, if tenants like myself have anything to say about it we will make sure that problems, like these buildings encountered when it was Park Place, does not happen again without recourse and notification to management and law officials. So, anyone doing wrong at Woodfield Heights, watch out! Because we are watching.

I have perfect credit and a perfect rent history, yet I found the staff to be extremely rude and deceitful. I certainly do not deserve such treatment and it is extremely unprofessional! Plus the odor in some areas of those buildings is rather undesirable.
