THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT BUILDING IN THE WAUKESHA AREA. RUN DOWN, CRIME, THEFT, CREEPY PEOPLE IN THE HALLS, CARS GET BROKEN INTO, THE OUTSIDE IS FULL OF TRASH AND NOTHING EVER GETS DONE. tHE HEATING BILLS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. NOT WORTH IT.
