This place is a complete DUMP! The management staff is rude and rarely around. The maintenance guys are idiots and don't know up from down. The place smells horrible and it's impossible to get the musty and smoke smell out of your apartment. I had issues with my ceiling leaking and it took them the entire time I lived there (9 months) to fix the problem. They would not give me a break on rent even though I couldn t sleep in my room, so I had to hire a lawyer. The problem just got worse and worse. I missed school and work, because I didn't trust these people to be left alone in my apartment. Not only was this issue a hassle to live with, but it was also bad for my health. There was mold growing in all corners of my bedroom walls, another bedroom and the family room. Our heating bill was insane because the maintenance guys thought it would be a good idea to cut open my ceiling. The guys had no idea what to do and were always trying new things. I know it wasn t there fault, but they told me that another person had this same problem and they think that the building should just be knocked down and rebuilt.

It only get worse, people down the hall sold drugs, kids were always left unattended and screaming outside and in the halls, and the police were always around the building.
Parking was a nightmare--some people would park blocking others in and many of the cars were broken. It was also lit poorly. I always felt unsafe in the entire building.

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE MISSERABLE...THEN DON'T LIVE HERE!

Management will just give you a headache and treat you like dirt. The couple has no idea how to run an apartment complex, let alone deal with clientele.
