I moved here in early Jan. of 2006 and it was becoming somewhat of a home setting until one day the old managers no longer worked here. Then we had a new manager for about 3 months who had an assistant who were some what professional. And then now we have a new manager who has absolutely No People Skills, or Professionalism to her presence what so ever she is VERY RUDE, VERY UNTRUST WORTHY and JUST PLAIN RUNNING THIS PLACE TO THE GROUND! If it wasn't for the maintenance men I would not be living here at all. The newest manager informed me that I was being overcharged 20.00 a month for the first year I lived here and did nothing to compensate me for my loss. I had to contact Kevin several times about issues that are still not resolved and since I did I have had nothing but harassment from Woodfield Heights. Several evictions that were mistakes placed on my door. The Noise From Tenants and Messes are ridiculous on a every day basis. I am one of the most unprejudice human but to have to live in this type of environment that you can not communicate with your neighbors because they do not speak English or they choose not to is becoming a nuisance. I have had stuff destroyed, stolen and god for bid if you try to do a load of laundry the machine doors just happen to open on there own and it costs triple of what you normally would have to pay. I have pets and have to pay 30.00 extra for each pet but others don't. And I would really like to know how many people live in each unit and how many of those people have green cards. And reading others comments about units being offered to them and not getting it Caroline did the same to my Son & daughter in law who is expecting and it would of been very convenient for us but then convenience is not for us the ones who have lived here a while and has tried to make this place a better place for all!

I understand your situation. I previously was a tenant of Woodfield Heights for nearly 3 years. Currently I am awaiting a response from the Department of Regulation & Licensing regarding a complaint that I had submitted. It seems that the mother company of Woodfield Heights does not possess the state required licenses for them to operate in the business of Real Estate in Wisconsin and I believe the contracts that we signed are invalid. When I receive confirmation from the WI DRL that I am correct, I will be suing Woodfield Heights. I encourage you to do the same.
