I can not express the change that has gone on at this apartment, I believe it is for the better, We had a recent change in management, I'm not saying the person beofre hand didn't do a good job because they did, but the new management in the short time that he has been in charge has been very helpful, I even see him out fixing things and shoveling snow! The office staff is very curtious as well as the maintance staff is very very good at their jobs. They Fix, improve. I'm not big on moving person so I am glad to say that I don't feel I will be moving anytime soon!

Where do I begin. This place is an absolute home for the down and out. The people who live here are more or less the public assistant welfare people. Lots of people with "tats" who talk like" I aint be noin who mys baby daddy beez, but Izz get dooz state dollars so Iz don't have to work." Trash cars that are always broke into, no one works, gangs, drugs, (meth is really liked here Just look at the people with "bug scrathing an their skin" a common meth givaway.) the apartment are full of bugs but no one cares.That is the norm for the class of p;eople who live here. Stay away unless ypu are trash. If you are trash you will just love it here!

RE response above: How completely racist you are! You are completely stereotyping every minority in the community, and I hope I NEVER have to interract with you as a fellow resident! I am a current resident (and a minority, might I mention)--- and I have a college education, don't live off the state, and don't consider myself and my family to be trash. I find the situation ideal for a transitional moment in our lives, and there are many others like us of whom reside in the complex. I can assure you anyone of color would be highly offended by your words and attitude towards minorities. So don't expect to get any respect from people who can see right through your racism. Trust me, no matter how many minority "friends" you might so-call yourself to claim, in rebuttle to my response, you are ignorant! NOT ALL OF US ARE LIVING OFF THE STATE, SELL DRUGS AND SPEAK EBONICS A**hole!
