To be entirely honest no this place is not a luxury apartment community, however I know that when I moved in. This place has its fair share of issues just like the other do. It just so happens that the other places do a much better job at hiding their issues. There have been frequent changes in management however I can see that as they keep changing they are getting MUCH better at what they do and are listening more to the tenants. They have a very dedicated staff here on property, I've seen the property manager and his assistant out well after hours walking the property to try and help keep it quiet and keep the nonsense out. Like is said these places aren't mini mansions but I happen to feel what I pay is very reasonable for what I have and I love the location of the property and love the fact that all the buildings are set into hills. I m not honest opinion I'd truly rate this place 40% of 100% Every place you live is going to have its problems it just matter how you deal with them, do you help the problem our contribute to it' If there was more involvement with the residents and more cooperation from residents to office then this place could truly become the diamond from the ruff. Another of my favorite things about this place is the heated underground parking. Ok so granted once in a while a garage door is propped open which doesn t make a lot of sense however every time I see it I notify the office and they typically have a very good reason as to why and it s normally taken care of at least within 24 to 48 hours. Same with maintenance request, I doubt that I ve ever had to go more then 24 hours before having something repaired. Again yes this place has its problems and problem residents, however slowly but surely the new manager is weeding through the good and getting rid of the bad. Will I live here until my last day on earth probably not but I will tell you this much I will continue to enjoy my stay while I do. I could sit back and let all the negative bother me but I know it will not do me any good and then I ll just have to constantly look over my shoulder, it will get taken care of in it s own way. Patience is a virtue.
