I'm not a fan of theses apartments and town homes. When i moved in there was so much wrong with my town home it was not funny. I had to have maintence guys there every day for a week after I moved in. The apartment was not as clean as they said it would be, I found dust every where, the cabinets in teh kitchen were not clean, there was mold under the sink, and the paint job on the walss sucked. Not only that but the office manager told me himself that that the electric bills he had never seen go over a hundred dollars, my first bill was over two hundred dollars. The heat during the winter hardle kept the town home warm due to the windows leaking. Also one of the apartment managers is very rude to the tenants and does not follow the rules that are given to all tenants, he lets his dog off the leash and says rude comments about the tenants to other tenants behind their backs, he also shared information about other tenants living situations with tenats which by law he can't do. The parking lots are horrible to park in, people from building four are allowed to parki in building three's parking lot leaving no parking for the tenants in building two. in the lease it says your only allowed up to two cars for each apartment or town home but there was numerous times there were three to five cars in the parking lot for my building for one apartment, leaving me with no parking for my car. Also the dog park they have set up by building four is disgusting, it had never been taken car of and needs to be cleaned, I do not reccomened taking your dog up there, it is filled wit hbugs and nobody ever cleaned up after their dogs. That was another problem I had, almost every time I took my dog out I was stuck cleaning up after another person's dog because they were to lazy to do it and the maintence people would not do it. Also when I was living there a wall between building two and building for started caving down from the strong winds and rain we had and by the time I moved out the wall was still not fixd and as of right now I still dont think it is. As for everything else i'd say people who live there are pretty nice, I made some great friends living there but I think that the building managers, owner(s), and maintence people need to rethink and redo how they run their buisness.
