Good place, Good Staff I lived there for two years. Apartment staff was always responsive on any problem I had. Always friendly and willing to work with you to their best abilities. I had no problems living there. I work third shift and I very rarely was bothered by noise coming from neighbors

Okay Pretty much your average apartment.
Moved out a month ago as I took another job out of state.
One word of advice would be to get a 1st or 3rd floor apt.
The apts are very quiet from left to right, however up and down is pathetic.

Financial problems The Landing or Clocktower has big financial problems. Many foreclosure, many short term students leasing apartments. Basic building maintenance is not being completed because the association does not have the funds. No landscaping in years. Inside is getting run down.
