For the price you could rent a house.
Decent sized living room, nice balcony.
Bedrooms were decently sized as well, as well as the bathroom.
Kitchen was horrifically small.
Private entrances were a plus and there was a relativly low noise level.
Horrible parking situation, not enough spaces for all the cars.
Would sometimes have to park across the street.
Children are everywhere! Unfortuantly many of the apartments are centered right around the play area, and if you have your patio door open or windows open during the warmer months you will no doubt be greeted by the sounds of children screaming for about 3 hours in the evening.
Several people talked about the naked man that sat out on his balcony.
I suppose he was mentally ill as he would talk to stuff that wasn't there as well.
However, he should have been taken care of much sooner than he was.
Kids are everywhere..worse than any other place I have ever lived.
The apartment situation in Wausau isn't the best, but this place is definitely overpriced for what you get.
It's better than some other places, but if you can do better go for it.
If not...ehhh see how you like it.

I agree about the parking. And there are plenty of drug busts still. Don't like that the maintenace can write eviction notices for things they personally don't like. We had some holiday decor on our door and were given a notice.
Been living here about a year now and people come and go quickly. Either drugs, prostitution(which was handled quickly but office wouldn't hear the complaints, cops did)or just plain moving out to something better. If you have kids and cant afford a place go ahead and move there but if you can afford somewhere else, go there.
