I have lived here since the year this building first opened. I haven't had any complaints about other people's noise and neither has anyone complained about our noise - (and I have a teenager!). I can tell you that the quality of large bathrooms, corian tops, maple cabinets and woodwork shows beautifully. We have a larger unit (about 1450 square feet) with balcony and slate surround fireplace also. Many of our friends are quite envious of our living quarters. The office staff is friendly. The management spared no expense on installng several hidden cameras now attached in both underground garages-with no incidences. I don't like to cook very much and being within one to three blocks of deli style sandwhich shop, Asian, Indian, Italian, Irish, and Mexican restaurants is just great! And if you have a kid and are wondering as I did at first whether he/she will have any friends in the neighborhood - this is just 3 blocks from the elementary school where my son attended and readily made many friends in a close knit neighborhood. I regret personally that this building is converting to condominiums. It's a great place to live!
