Lived here for 10 months, arranged to move out early with management and then 3 weeks after moving out they are trying to collect rent from us despite the fact that the keys have been turned in. Be careful and get everything in writing! Otherwise it was a nice place to live. Also, my roommates car had the window broken into the first week living there.

From what I know these are 1 year leases. If you only lived there 10 months, it sounds to me like you broke your lease?!! You should have to pay the rent... And if you were smart, you should have planned your move out more carefully. Don't blame The Fountains for your mistakes.
