Noise is an issue but still a decent place to live for a year or two.

Pros:
Location.
Decent amenities, which I never use.
Friendly and professional staffs.
Mgt office opens 7 days a week.
Cons:
Poor noise insulation (I live on 1st floor and I can hear the tenant living above me walking).
Poor heat insulation (I can feel the draft near the patio door and windows).
Price (slightly higher than others in the neighborhood but less than downtown apartments).
Avoid the first floor unit if you don't mind taking the stairs. I can hear the tenant living above me and I never use my patio.

Wow, bang up job reveiwing the reserve apt.
As I see it, you recommend living there with those powerful CONS.
Are you for real? after reading your reveiw I would highly not recommend moving here.
