they seem to fix things around there building but this past year there tenets have been backing into the fence along the parking lot we park in and they don't seem to want to fit it, also
the snow removel is not like it has been in the past years the old managers seem to get more done and care about the building and nabeors,

Neighbor...as I explained to you,( January 29,2009) the fence will be taken care of in the spring of 2009. As far as snow removal, if you haven't noticed, the last 2 years we have endured a record snow fall similar to the snow accumulations in early 2000. When something of this nature occurs, it is difficult to move snow around in a extremely small parking lot. Again,(as we discussed) when your landlord's tree came crashing down on our drive, and fence ( summer 2008) we excavated the situation in a timely manner on the day of the incident (around 6:00p.m.).If you would like to speak with me directly, I will cover all issues you have with the property at this time. Apparently, the conversation I had with you was not clear enough. You really need to contact me. In addition to individuals parking in Wilshire Manor's lot when having a garage sale is not appropriate.
